Fire field
The forest fires that have ravaged Muddus/Muttos at regular intervals have left their stamp on the landscape.
About the activity
Throughout the national park you will note the presence of past fires, but also how much they mean for promoting a great variety of species. It is only a couple of kilometres from Skájdde to a burnt area. The path goes through a blackened forest that has begun its recovery.
