Just east of Helsingborg you encounter ridges covered with beech forests, dramatic valleys and flowing streams. The view of the Skåne countryside is breathtaking. The area, which is dominated by beech forests, is one of the largest uninterrupted expanses of protected deciduous forests in northern Europe.
